Nice surprise in the room - a small fridge and a flat screen TV. The bathroom was spacious and tidy, and the staff was very kind and accommodating.
The lighting in the rooms could be improved, as the economic light bulbs used were quite cold and uninviting. In addition, there was a lack of indoor space to hang out in the evenings, which made it difficult to socialize with other guests. the hotel offered a comfortable place to stay with a few nice included amenities. However, the lack of indoor space and poor lighting could be improved for an even better experience.

the staff was kind and helpful, always available to assist. the breakfast spread was delicious, with quality coffee and fresh omelettes. Our room was cozy and clean, with a welcoming decor and a comfortable bed. the bathroom had ample space and was spotless. the peaceful location provided stunning views and was close to hiking trails and monasteries. the mini football field and the animals on the property were a fun bonus.
Although the dining room was pleasant, we would have preferred an indoor common area for relaxation in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay with excellent service. The staff were very kind and helpful with reliable information about hiking trails. The location was great with ample parking. The breakfast was very good and we could choose what we wanted for dinner.

the people in charge were friendly and helpful, always making sure that their guests were comfortable. the food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and warm. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful mountains and its surroundings. I especially enjoyed the big, clean rooms and the terrace where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air.
the bed in the room was a bit uncomfortable, and the bathroom was a bit too big compared to the size of the room.

The host is helpful and kind, local animals to play with, comfortable mattress, peaceful atmosphere, satisfactory breakfast, cozy rooms.
